Through rich experience of over 3 decades, and skills of our team of engineers and technicians, we have excelled in producing desired quality food products through strict control of dehydration process parameters like amount of heat input, hot air flow rate, air-mass contact time and temperature, heat release rate, control of temperature and humidity at various drying belts in stage-1 and stage-2 drying process, Proper and precise control of Temperature and Humidity between hot and cold drying sections, Temperature and Humidity control in Cold storages and warehouses, etc.
By careful selection of best quality raw materials produced through Good Agriculture Practices (GAP), following Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), Proper monitoring and control of process parameters helps us to produce products meeting Chemical, Physical, Microbiological and organoleptic parameters in the acceptable ranges as per national and international standards.
We have the facility for real time monitoring of all process parameter values to ensure consistency in production quality. Vast and thorough practical knowledge of getting quality production helps us to produce products with uniform size, colour and taste by maintaining its crispy and pungency, aroma and characteristic odor. Our entire plant is under CCTV surveillance for 24x7 which enables us to always have close monitoring of various activities being performed on the plant 24 hours basis.

Hence, As per clients requirements, we can perform quality tests in our own in-house testing facilities, third party NABL accredited testing agencies and even internationally recognized and reputed testing agencies like SGS, Geochem, and Eurofins and others.
